Delete your Kordy account

In the app

Open Kordy and go to Profile.
Tap Delete account.
Type the confirmation phrase shown on the screen and confirm.

Deleting your account can't be undone.

If you can't open the app

Email farukmertkapar@gmail.com from the email address of your Kordy account and ask us to delete it. We may ask for something that shows the account is yours, and we will delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and your profile (name, phone number, IBAN)
Your friends, friend requests and invites
Your membership of every trip
Trips in which you were the only member

A trip you created that has other members is passed on to one of them.

What stays

What you added to trips that other people are still in, such as expenses, payments and messages, so their history and balances still add up.
Guides, ratings and comments you published.

Some records are not yet removed automatically: your device registrations for notifications, Apple Health totals, saved flights and places, imported emails, the activity notifications shown in the app, your profile photo, and your records with RevenueCat and the analytics services. Email us from the address on your account and we will delete them within 30 days.

Your subscription

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Kordy Pro subscription. Cancel it in your iPhone's Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions.
