On the Groups tab, tap + and choose the kind of group: Travel, Sports, Dinner, Event, Home or Other. Add a name and dates (one day, a date range, every week or month, or no dates) and, for a trip, where you're going. A trip can have more than one destination.

Open the trip and invite people from your friends list, with an invite link or with a QR code. Anyone who joins sees the same plans, expenses, checklists and chat.

Yes. Add them as a guest member. They don't get the app's view of the trip, but their share of expenses is counted in Balances.

On the free plan you can create up to 5 trips; trips other people invite you to don't count. Kordy Pro removes the limit.

On the Plans tab, add plans to each day with a time, a place and notes. Switch to the calendar view to see the whole trip, or add the plans to Apple Calendar.

Yes. In Import from email you get a personal forwarding address. Forward flight, hotel, car, train, bus, ferry, restaurant or event confirmations to it; Kordy reads the reservation and lets you know when it's ready to add to a trip.

Add a flight to the plan with its number and date. With Kordy Pro you get its live status — gate, delays, departure and landing — in the trip, on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, plus alerts when something changes.

Yes. For a trip, Kordy reminds you a week before, the evening before and on the morning it starts, and an hour before each plan.

Add the expense with who paid and who shares it. Split it equally, or enter custom amounts for each person. You can enter it in any of 31 currencies; Kordy converts it with daily exchange rates.

Balances shows what each person paid and owes. Tap Simplify to settle with the fewest transfers, and record payments as they happen; payment history keeps track. Members can add their IBAN so others know where to send money.

The free plan lets you add 5 new expenses a day across all your trips. Kordy Pro removes the limit, and so does a group pass inside its trip.

Yes, with Kordy Pro: take a photo of the receipt and the amount and details are read on your iPhone to fill in the expense.

With Pro you can group people who share money — a couple or a family — into a household, so the trip's balances treat them as one.

Start a checklist from a ready-made template (beach, ski, camping, business or general) or from scratch, assign items to people and tick them off. A checklist can hold up to 500 items. With Pro you can save your own templates and keep a checklist private.

Your own travel map. Pin the places you've visited and the ones you want to see, filter them, and watch the countries you've been to fill in My Kordy Book, which you can share.

Each trip has a shared photo feed where members can like and comment. At the end, save the Memory Book as a video to your Photos.

So your trips sync between your iPhone and iPad and with the people in each trip. You can sign in with Apple, Google or email.

Yes. Trips you've opened stay available, and what you add offline is sent when you're back online.

Only its members. If you share a read-only view link, the people you send it to can open that view; the link works for 30 days, and they need to sign in to Kordy. Guides you publish are visible to other Kordy users.

In the app, open Profile and choose to delete your account; you'll be asked to type a confirmation phrase. The page Delete your account explains what is removed.

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel Kordy Pro at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

Open Kordy Pro in the app and tap Restore purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account you paid with. If Pro is still locked, email farukmertkapar@gmail.com with the date of the purchase; please don't buy again.

Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
