These terms apply when you use the Kordy app for iPhone and iPad and the website kordyapp.com. Kordy is made by Faruk Mert Kapar, an independent developer in Türkiye ("we"). By creating an account or using Kordy you accept these terms. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
You need an account to use Kordy, and you must be at least 13 years old. Give accurate information and keep your sign-in safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
Kordy is free to use with no time limit. On the free plan you can create up to 5 trips (trips other people invite you to don't count) and add up to 5 new expenses a day. We may change what the free plan includes; if a change takes away something you rely on, we will tell you in the app first.
The group pass is a one-time App Store purchase that unlocks Kordy Pro features inside one trip, for everyone in that trip, for 30 days from the purchase. It does not renew. Buying it again while it is active sets the end date to 30 days from the new purchase. It does not raise your own limit of trips you create, and it does not include importing places from a link or live flight tracking, which need your own Kordy Pro.
When someone joins Kordy through your invite link or code, you can both receive 30 days of Kordy Pro, up to 3 times per person. Codes are valid for 30 days. We may change or end the invite programme at any time; rewards already given stay.
What you add to Kordy — plans, expenses, messages, photos, documents, places, guides and comments — stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and show it to the people you share it with, and, for guides, ratings and comments you publish, to other Kordy users, for as long as it is in Kordy. You are responsible for what you add and for having the right to share it.
Kordy has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Don't use Kordy to:
To report a guide, a comment, a message, a photo or a user, email farukmertkapar@gmail.com with a short description and, if you can, a screenshot. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or delete the accounts responsible.
Kordy works out who owes whom; it does not move money. Payments between trip members happen outside Kordy, and we are not a party to them. Exchange rates come from a third-party service and are a guide only.
Flight status, weather, places, routes and exchange rates come from third-party services and can be late, incomplete or wrong. Always check flight times and gates with your airline and the airport.
We keep improving Kordy and may add, change or remove features. We try to keep Kordy available, but we can't promise that it will always work without interruption or errors.
You can stop using Kordy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or the law.
Kordy is a planning tool; it does not give financial, legal, insurance or travel advice. Check expenses, routes and payments yourself before you rely on them.
Kordy is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by information from third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived by contract.
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above, and tell you in the app if the change matters.
